Swiss Gear is it! I searched high and low for a messenger-style bag with a minimum of a zipper rather than simply a flap. swiss gear luggage bag match the bill in terms of style and worth. the sole flaw is that the pouch that holds the on/off light-weight switch for the night-time reflector isn't terribly secure. thus the switch isn't held securely in place and gets bashed around usually. Still works though.

For $18, you may have a tough time finding one thing higher.

4 stars as a result of the bag could be a very little too wide to hold along everywhere. The plastic for the arm handle makes noise once you walk.
